Energy-Saving Kitchen for Balita C/U Primary School

In partnership with The Global Uplift Project (TGUP), Nsawo Community Development Project (NCDP) completed the construction of an energy-saving kitchen and stoves for Balita C/U Primary School in Luwero District.

Balita C/U Primary School is a Special Needs Education (SNE) institution, making this project especially significant in supporting vulnerable learners. The energy-saving kitchen design reduces firewood consumption, lowers indoor smoke exposure, and provides a healthier cooking environment for the school.

This project reflects NCDP's commitment to improving the welfare and learning conditions of students with special needs, ensuring they have access to safe and sustainable facilities.
